Like with reps that we partially accept or fully accept could we have a facility to notify the applicant of the reasons for the decision to deny a representation? At the moment we are just sending and email and uploading it which is not ideal. The functionality already exits where reps are accepted so would it be straight forward to include this functionality when reps are denied?
