Full Public Register/ The PR data available in exports

Hello! The current public register link doesn't provide all the required info. Also it doesn't allow bulk exporting.
I have put together a spreadsheet containing the register requirements. It highlights where this information is stored within Metastreet, and states the form that we require the data in
It is not perfect so please feel free to provide feedback so that we can improve the request.

Update on this issue - we will be adding a further 3 headings to the csv report

there are 2 sections to the public register, licence information and additional details. You will find the information highlighted in red above in the 'additional detail' section.
It is by design not to allow a bulk export from the public register as it reduces mass marketing to licence holders and managing agents as well as some unscrupulous managing agents targeting licence holders for business taking away business from professional managing agents. I am aware that some of the professional managing agents have raised this as an issue with councils
If the service want to do a bulk export then you can do this by Searching for licence issued and creating a csv report.
We currently have no plans to introduce a bulk export from the public register. If this is a popular request than I would advise councils to consult with their local managing agents first to get feedback on this.
