Ability to check 'complete/incomplete' status of applications

our most common enquiry is "I've completed the form but cant see the option to pay"
We currently cannot see what sections are marked as incomplete on the applicant side - if we could, this would enable us just to tell them.
Sometimes it's obvious - when there are no rooms added for example - but often it is not clear at all.
If we could view the 'fit and proper' answers under the property details and and have some kind of flag to say completed/incomplete - this would remove our need to ask applicants for screenshots all the time.

The option to pay is now displayed and also greyed out until all sections have been completed. This improvement is now live.
