Help text to clarify the meaning of 'number of hobs'

We're getting queries from customers on this question and applicants appear to be entering it incorrectly as we have '1' values for HMOs. Clarifying text stating this means number of cooktop burners, gas or electric rings.

I voted for this then realised I might prefer the opposite to the proposer, our amenity standards are 2 burners/rings for kitchens serving 1 person otherwise its 4 , so the number of rings/burners is what we'd want to capture!

Would it be possible to add help text in the application workflow for applicants as we've had customer queries, and also in the inspection app for inspectors as trainees here in Enfield tended to interpret the question as meaning the number of rings. Thanks
