Display human generated audit trail notes with distinct styling

Due to the system-generated audit trail entries, users need to trawl through multiple pages to find any manually entered notes, which they need to do as the Added Notes filter type doesn't work (Enfield team has tested and no results are returned despite notes being entered). Display in different colour/font to find easily at a glance.

I do think that some additional audit entries are added at approval stage which aren't necessarily an accurate reflection, too
