Application to include proposed number of occupants

Could we add a question to the application to ask how many applicants are proposed to live in the hmo? It does ask this where the current occupancy is 0, but not for other applications at present. This would help with the licence but also we consult planning and it can get confusing to see if there are 6 or more occupants
